1 Purpose of Policy

The purpose of this Hazardous Material Policy (“Policy”) is to establish clear standards, procedures, responsibilities, and compliance requirements governing the transportation, handling, storage, acceptance, and refusal of hazardous materials (“HazMat”) through the Lynphopro peer-to-peer (P2P) logistics platform

Lynphopro is committed to:

 ✓ Protecting the safety of Project Professional, customers, contractors, partners, employees, and the public.
 ✓ Complying with all applicable local, state, federal, and international hazardous materials transportation laws and regulations.
 ✓ Preventing accidents, spills, contamination, injuries, fires, explosions, environmental harm, and regulatory violations.
 ✓ Ensuring responsible and legally compliant delivery operations

This Policy applies to all users of the Lynphopro platform, including:

 ✓ Customers/Shippers
 ✓ Independent Project Professional/Couriers
 ✓ Employees
 ✓ Contractors
 ✓ Vendors
 ✓ Third-party logistics partners
 ✓ Warehouse and fulfillment personnel

2.Scope of Policy.

This Policy governs all shipments facilitated, coordinated, dispatched, or delivered through Lynphopro’s platform, including:

 ✓ Instant deliveries
 ✓ Same-day deliveries
 ✓ Scheduled deliveries
 ✓ Business-to-business (B2B) deliveries
 ✓ Business-to-consumer (B2C) deliveries
 ✓ Peer-to-peer courier transactions
 ✓ Warehouse transfer services
 ✓ Retail fulfillment deliveries

This Policy applies regardless of:

 ✓ Shipment size
 ✓ Vehicle type
 ✓ Delivery distance
 ✓ Delivery method
 ✓ Geographic region of operation

3.Definitions.

Hazardous Material (HazMat)
Any substance, material, or article capable of posing an unreasonable risk to health, safety, property, or the environment when transported in commerce.

Hazardous materials include, but are not limited to:

 ✓ Flammable liquids
 ✓ Combustible materials
 ✓ Corrosives
 ✓ Toxic substances
 ✓ Explosives
 ✓ Radioactive materials
 ✓ Compressed gases
 ✓ Oxidizers
 ✓ Infectious substances
 ✓ Lithium batteries
 ✓ Hazardous waste
 ✓ Chemical agents
Restricted Material
Items subject to special transportation requirements, limitations, quantity restrictions, or legal prohibitions.
Prohibited Material
Any material that Lynphopro does not permit under any circumstance
Project Professional/Courier
Any individual or organisations using the Lynphopro platform to transport goods
Customer
Any person or entity requesting delivery services through Lynphopro

4.Regulatory Compliance.

All users of Lynphopro Platform shall comply with all applicable hazardous material transportation regulations, including but not limited to:

United State regulations
 ✓ U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT)
 ✓ Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA)
 ✓ Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA)
 ✓ Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
 ✓ Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
 ✓ Transportation Security Administration (TSA)
 ✓ State and local hazardous materials laws

International Regulations (where applicable)

 ✓ International Air Transport Association (IATA)
 ✓ International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) Code
 ✓ ADR Regulations
 ✓ ICAO Technical Instructions

Lynphopro reserves the right to suspend or prohibit operations in jurisdictions with heightened regulatory restrictions.

5.General Policy Statement.

Lynphopro prohibits the transportation of hazardous materials unless:

  2  Transportation is legally permitted, and .
  3  Proper packaging, labeling, and documentation are provided, and.
  4  Project Professional are trained and authorized.
  5  Applicable permits and licenses are maintained.
  6  All regulatory requirements are satisfied.

Customers are solely responsible for accurately identifying content of items to be moved. Failure to disclose hazardous materials may result in:

 ✓ Immediate account suspension
 ✓ Permanent account termination
 ✓ Civil penalties
 ✓ Reporting to authorities
 ✓ Financial liability for damages
 ✓ Legal action

6.Prohibited Hazardous Materials.

The following materials are strictly prohibited from transport through the Lynphopro platform:
Explosives

Including but not limited to:
 ✓ Dynamite
 ✓ Fireworks
 ✓ Ammunition
 ✓ Blasting caps
 ✓ Grenades
 ✓ Military explosives

Radioactive Materials

Including:

 ✓ Medical isotopes
 ✓ Uranium compounds
 ✓ Nuclear waste
 ✓ Radioactive laboratory materials

Biological Hazards

Including:

 ✓ Infectious medical waste
 ✓ Biohazardous substances
 ✓ Human remains
 ✓ Pathological specimens
 ✓ Bloodborne infectious materials

Illegal Substances

Including:

 ✓ Controlled substances transported unlawfully
 ✓ Illegal narcotics
 ✓ Counterfeit chemicals
 ✓ Illicit laboratory materials

Highly Toxic Chemicals

Including:

 ✓ Cyanide compounds
 ✓ Toxic industrial chemicals
 ✓ Chemical warfare agents
 ✓ Poison gases

Hazardous Waste

Unless specifically authorized under approved commercial agreements.

Pressurized or Dangerous Gas Cylinders

Including:

 ✓ Industrial gas tanks
 ✓ Acetylene cylinders
 ✓ Propane tanks exceeding legal thresholds

Unapproved Lithium Battery Shipments

Damaged, recalled, leaking, defective, or improperly packaged lithium batteries are prohibited

7.Restricted Hazardous Materials.

Certain hazardous materials (especially harzadous material approved for household use and not for industrial use) may be permitted without approval, or only under strict conditions (Specialized packaging) or prior written approval. Examples include:
 ✓ Consumer aerosols
 ✓ Consumer cleaning chemicals
 ✓ Consumer Paints and solvents
 ✓ Consumer Small lithium battery devices
 ✓ Limited quantities of Consumer flammable liquids
 ✓ Certain consumer medical products
 ✓ Consumer Cosmetics containing alcohol

8.Customer Responsibilities.

 ✓  Customers using the Lynphopro platform must provide complete and accurate information regarding the items to be transported.
 ✓  Customers must ensure that all household and Consumer harzardous items are properly packaged, leak-proof, secured against movement, compatible with trasnportaion condition, and in compliance with the applicable regulations
 ✓ Customers must label all household and Consumer items as 'Harzard materials' and "Fragile' to help our project professional manage handing effectively,
 ✓ Customers must specifies the orientation of all household and Consumer items as 'Harzard materials' to help our project professional manage handing effectively,
Legal Compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipments comply with all applicable laws.

9.Project Professional Responsibilities.

Training

Project Professional transporting approved hazardous materials, specifically Consumer and household harzardous material in small quantity, must Complete required hazardous material awareness training before accepting approved HazMat deliveries.

Inspection

They must inspect the items before transporting and reject shipments that leaks, emit ododrs, appears damaged, lac labels, appear unsafe, does not indicate orientation
Safe Handling

They must handle the items by following safe loading procedures, by preventing package movement while transporting, and by ensuring that items are properly marked harzardous before moving.
Incident Reporting

Project Professional must immediately report and unauthorised hazardous materials or any of the following as pertain to authorized Consumer harzardous materials being moved:
 ✓ Spills
 ✓ Leaks
 ✓ Fires
 ✓ Injuries
 ✓ Exposure incidents
 ✓ Vehicle accidents involving hazardous materials
Refusal Right

Project Professional may refuse any item they believe to be unsafe or improperly declared. Lynphopro prohibits retaliation against Project Professional who refuse unsafe items in good faith.

10.Packaging Standards.

All authorised hazardous materials must be packaged by the customer in compliance with applicable regulations. Packaging requirements include:

 ✓ Use of approved or original containers
 ✓ Adequate cushioning
 ✓ Secondary containment when necessary
 ✓ Leak prevention
 ✓ Temperature protection
 ✓ Secure closure systems
 ✓ Tamper resistance

11.Labeling and Marking Requirements.

All approved hazardous items must display applicable visible hazard labels and visible orientation arrows. It is best to put all consumer harzardous items in same box and label accordingly

12.Emergency Response Procedures.

In the event of a hazardous materials incident:

 1. Prioritize personal safety.
 2. Move to a safe location.
  3. Contact emergency services if necessary.
 4. Notify Lynphopro immediately.
 5. Isolate the affected area.
 6. Follow emergency instructions.
Emergency Contacts

Lynphopro shall maintain emergency contact procedures available to:

 ✓ Project Professional
 ✓ Operations personnel
 ✓ Customers
 ✓ Emergency responders

13.Training Requirements.

Lynphopro may require training for Project Delivery Managers and all Project Professional on handling hazardous materials.

Training may include:

 ✓ Hazard communication
 ✓ General awareness
 ✓ Function-specific procedures
 ✓ Emergency response
 ✓ Security awareness
 ✓ PPE use
 ✓ Spill prevention
 ✓ Incident reporting

Training records shall be maintained according to legal requirements.

14.Security Measures.

Lynphopro maintains security procedures to reduce unauthorized access to and moving of unathorised hazardous materials.

Security measures may include:

 ✓ Identity verification
 ✓ Shipment monitoring
 ✓ GPS tracking
 ✓ Access controls
 ✓ Project Professional screening
 ✓ Suspicious activity reporting
 ✓ Route restrictions

Lynphopro reserves the right to refuse any item presenting a security concern, and project professional must ensure that item presenting a security risk is reported approrpiately.

15.Enforcement and Violations.

Violations of this Policy may result in:

 ✓ Project Pickup refusal
 ✓ Account suspension
 ✓ Permanent deactivation
 ✓ Financial penalties
 ✓ Legal action
 ✓ Regulatory reporting

Serious violations may be referred to law enforcement or regulatory agencies

16.Audit and Monitoring.

Lynphopro reserves the right to:

 ✓ Audit items
 ✓ Review documentation
 ✓ Monitor Project Professional compliance
 ✓ Verify training records
 ✓ Investigate suspicious activity

Customers and Project Professional must cooperate with compliance reviews.

17.Policy Modifications.

Lynphopro reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Policy at any time. Updated versions will become effective upon posting to the Lynphopro platform unless otherwise required by applicable law. Continued use of Lynphopro services constitutes acceptance of any revised Policy.

18.Acknowledgment.

By using Lynphopro services, customers acknowledge that they

 ✓ Agreed to this Customer Project Cancellation & No-Show Policy,
 ✓ Understand the consequences of cancellations, no-shows.

19.Project Professional Safety Checklist.

Before transport, Project Professional should verify:

 ✓ Package integrity
 ✓ Proper labels
 ✓ No leaks or odors
 ✓ Correct documentation
 ✓ Secure placement in vehicle
 ✓ Availability of emergency contacts
 ✓ Compliance with transport instructions

20.Shipment Refusal Criteria.

 ✓ Are undeclared hazardous materials
 ✓ Lack required labels
 ✓ Show signs of leakage
 ✓ Appear illegally packaged
 ✓ Violate transportation laws
 ✓ Exceed approved quantity limits
 ✓ Present immediate safety concerns

 ✓ Package integrity
 ✓ Proper labels
 ✓ No leaks or odors
 ✓ Correct documentation
 ✓ Secure placement in vehicle
 ✓ Availability of emergency contacts
 ✓ Compliance with transport instructions
