A project is a moving request placed by a customer and executed by one or more project professionals to help with the customer moving needs. A project professional can be a Trucker, a Helper or a Project Manager. A project can consist of single point trip or Multipoint trip.

A Trucker is a registered individual over the age of 18 with his/her registered vehicle who provides his vehicle to executes moving projects for customers. A Trucker belongs to Project Professional family.

A Helper is a registered individual over the age of 18 who help in loading and unloading of moving projects items for customers. A Trucker can have own registered dedicated Helpers or maybe match with any Helper from our pool of Helpers. A Helper belongs to Project Professional Family.

Your earning depends largely on a number of factors, including number of projects executed, the mileage covered, the project execution time, your type of vehicle, your state and city of operation. However, you can make an average of 40 and 140 per hour as a driver, about 55 as helper and more as towman

As a helper, customer will pay your for your time on the project starting from when the project commences till the project is completed. If your task is loading and unloading, customer will pay you for the time in transit to the drop-off location.

No! You are not allowed to pick-up project initiated from the city you are not registered for. This is to enhance fair share of the market. LynphoPro continues to regulate the number of project professionals in a city based on demand to ensure that our Trucker can continue to make good earning without undue competitions.

The Project Professionals will be responsible for paying a non-refundable drug testing fee. The Drug testing fee is part of the Registration fee.

  • Instant Trip: You cannot accept an instance trip project while having an instant trip project pending execution in your workbasket.
  • Instant Trip: You cannot accept an instance trip project while having a same-day delivery in your workbasket that is within the time frame for instance trip project.
  • Same-Day Delivery: You cannot accept same-day delivery project while having an instant trip project pending execution in your workbasket

As a Project Professionla, you are not allowed to cancel any project you have accepted. You can notify the Project Manager about any issue with any project you accept by sending messages to the manager using the platform. The Project Manager can either withdraw the project from your workbasket, re-post the project into project board or reassign it to another Project Professional.

If you are unable to execute a project due to circumstances beyond your control, use the decline feature to decline the project. Note that every declined project will affect your rating and your performance on the platform, and my lead to suspension up to a minimum of six months

No, LynphoPro do not share in the tips given to Project Professional by the customer. However, LynphoPro will help share the tip equally among all the project professionals on the project and add their share to their earnings on the Project.

Yes. If you have a faulty vehicle during Project Execution, you will need to immediately report the case to the Project Manager or Send an email from the platform to the Project manager or Chat with LynphoPro representative online or Call the customer service desk for quick assistance.

If you account is suspended, that means you have been barred from your account.

  • Check your email for any notification on the reason for the suspension
  • Call the customer service desk for clarification on the reason for the suspension
  • Chat online with our customer representative.

If your suspension is an error, you will be restored within 24 hours.

If you account is inactive, you don’t need to do anything as your registration is still under review by our technical team. You account will be activated upon approval, and you will have instant access to your Portal.

If your account is denied, there is nothing you can do because you don’t meet the minimum requirement to be approved as a Project Professional.

You will be adequately informed about the reason for the denial and what steps you may take in the future for us to review your application
